Sounds good to me, too. After some adjustment, we're having:

Roast turkey
Dressing (herb bread, spices, vegetables and sausage)
Mashed potatoes with creme fraiche
Green beans almondine
Fresh raised rolls
Relish tray
Mince pie (made from canned mince, tough noogies)
Apple pie

Not exactly on my eating plan, but I will be more or less sticking to
it, and the others will be devouring the rest.
