Is it true the Iron Chef show is biased?
Read an article by a food critic in Hong Kong who was invited to Japan to be
a judge on the Iron Chef show. He said the producer hinted to him to give
higher score to the Iron Chefs. I was surprised. I would think the Iron
Chefs already have tremendous advantages in terms of being familiar with the
kitchen, being used to do what they need to do in 1 hour, and having done it
so many times they sort of know the likes and dislikes of some of the
frequent critics. Why do they need more?
