Well, I'm really glad you found a solution. Actually, I have sometimes
baked the whole lot as individual cakes. I use large custard cups, the
size where a pineapple ring just nicely fits the bottom of the cup. They
turn out quite nice.

I have to admit that I sometimes make a dessert just for me. Worse yet, I
have a really hard time spacing out eating it! Funny, I notice the same
problem as a result. :-)
