One of the Food TV programs last weekend had a non-alcoholic drink
like this:

Put several frozen-orange-juice (ice) cubes in a glass; lightly crush
some fresh mint leaves and drop them in - half fill with pomegranate
juice and then fill to the top with club soda. It looked yummy.
