You are correct. They call it suji halwa, I think I call it sheera
since I come from Bombay...everyone calls it halwa

There are many variations though, and I like one that is south indian
and with banana, and the best one ofcourse is MOONG HALWA...its a
dessert and its so good...and has tons of ghee in it!
