Katra has given you good advice. I'll pass along a cleaning tip: As soon
as you have removed your food and have turned off the grill, cover the
surface with a couple of totally soaking wet paper towels and close the lid.
By the time you have finished your meal, you can wipe down the grill, with
no scraping needed. Enjoy your grill!
