My dad is impossible to buy for so I was thinking about getting him a gift box
from either The Swiss Colony or Hickory Farms. We always go to church and then
to dinner on Christmas Eve and then go back to my parent's house to open
presents. If I keep the stuff refrigerated as long as possible and wait till
the last minute to put the gift under the tree, will the cheese and sausage
logs still be safe to eat after sitting out for about 3 hours?
