Unfortunetly I have not been able to find much information about white
teas. For Pai Mu Tan I have found 10 minutes at 75°C, 8 minuter at
85°C. Now, I need also information about quantity to use, because it
is different from other teas. Anyone can suggest me a site, a book
where I can learn more about it? In Italy it's impossible to find
anything!
