I know some folks who have, but it really seems like a bad idea to me.
D's been on the South Beach diet for six months or so. I'd recommend
it. I follow it mostly, except for the beer. Heh. She's lost a
respectable amount of weight feels very good. It's been around long
enough that I'm certain you'd have no trouble finding a used copy of
the book and the companion cookbook at Amazon or Powell's.
