Giant shrimp on a bed of Santa Fe Guacamole topped with New Brunswick
lobster. Asparagus chive cream and maple dressing.

Roasted Okanagan apple and butternut squash bisque spiked with
Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey.

Mesquite smoked Medallion of Alberta Beef. Thyme roasted Taber corn
kernels.

Yukon Gold Potatoes mashed with Monterrey Jack and jalapeno pepper.
Hand-picked fall baby vegetables.

Niagara Merlot sauce.

Saskatoon berry creme nestled on dark chocolate fondant. Florida
orange Sabayon and Mousseline. Quebec Maple Bourbon sauce.

Comments: “It's good to be in Canada,” President Bush says. “I was
pleased to see when I opened up the menu that we will be eating
Alberta beef.”
