Yeah... Every time I go to the Thai store now, I try a "new" food.
This week it was dried "veiled lady" mushrooms!
They are very interesting.
It's amazing what I can create with no starchy foods! No rice, pasta,
potatoes or wheat products.
It's easier than it sounds if you LIKE to cook with more fresh produce!
