Hi all,

Any ideas of a good cookbook for 1) a bachelor who doesn't know the
first thing about cooking, 2) doesn't like vegetables, 3) doesn't like
spicy foods, 4) is lactose intolerant? I'm looking for a meat and
potatoes learners book ...
