100 grams of protein at an average of 4 grams per oz. is 25 oz. That's
about 1.5 lbs. ;-) You sure you are actually eating that much???

A good trick is to fill with high fiber, not fat! I like to fill up on
lots of leafy greens. Low cal, high fiber and they not only fill you up,
the keep you, uh, "regular" if you catch my drift. <lol>

Green tea is a better metabolic enhancer (fat burner) than coffee ever
dreamed of being. Less harsh of a stimulant as well, or so I've found
personally!
