I'd make cream cheese/cold-cut rollups, particularly if you have sour
pickles or olives you can add to them. This will go over well with
everyone but vegetarians - particularly tasty, and good for those doing
low-carb.
Just take your cold cut, spread it with a cream cheese that's been
softened, and add either chopped olives or sour pickles, and then roll
up.
