We do it 3 -4 times a year, usually when I, Nancy or Chris twist a few
arms...It is hard to organize...to get concenus.

There are also pair cook-a longs where 2 or more people decide to cook
together and others just drop by to chat while it happens. I've cooked
stromboli and tortillia soup with Nancy, and a excellent Bread Salad with
the Standard irc parcipiants. But this being the Holiday Season we
decided to do a totally open one kinda a RFC IRC Xmas party type dealie.

Nobody follows the actual given recipe...we all add ingredients and
seasonings not called for, Compare changes and get a better feel for the
food, learn a few things, plus laff it up a bit.
