We came upon the idea of a chicken stew of some sort, since Kilikini
needs to keep costs down for a bit. Chicken is cheap for the most
part, and stews can help stretch our food dollars. Kilikini has never
made a stew, and we thought it would be fun to do something slow
cooking...
Not only Kilikini is watching her dollars: a bunch of us are..and
since it is winter, stew seems like a good choice.

Anyone got any good suggestions for us? We will be exploring
recipes/ideas later tonight...

I am personally thinking that something with chicken thighs would be
really good...
