True to my word but a bit late in the day... 3 sausage links, browned. Most
of the fat drained and then 2 eggs softly scrambled in the pan with some
grated Vermont white cheddar, salt, a dash or so of cayenne pepper and a
sprinkling of Penzey's Bonnes Herbs (I ADORE that stuff!). A serving of
quick cooking (not *instant*) grits with little butter. I'm set for a while
