I love chicken cacciatore! AND it's not expensive! Wish I could throw in
mushrooms. My mom always made it with whole chickens cut up, a can of
tomatoes with liquid, red wine, chopped garlic, tomato sauce, onion, bay
leaf, basil, oregano..............and let it simmer until the meat is
falling off. I've even thrown in some shrimp in the past in addition to the
chicken.

I'd be up for the cacciatore....................yeah. I usually put it over
pasta, but you low-carbers, like Wayne, can always do the spaghetti squash.
