I always get asked this question with "combo" typed breakfast
offerings and sometimes I want fried, sometimes scrambled (which is
usally served in a large lump resembling an omelette anyway, so they
should toss in that choice as well! lol ) The waitress has to tell the
cook what do do with your eggs, you know.
