Thanks for explaining it because I drew a blank. For me,
the difference is if they are scrambled or whole. Would you
really want the waitress to go through the fine diffences
when everyone knows what they are to begin with?

Do NOT ever fry my eggs in butter! I HATE any hint of brown
on my eggs.... but you can scramble them with a generous
amount of butter, if you keep them moving and take them off
the heat as soon as they are set.
