You are SO clueless!
The vast majority of really obese people have a problem with insulin
resistance...

And, Atkins did not die from his diet.

He slipped on some ice and died of a head injury!

I used to log and keep track of calories.
Wrote down everything I ate every day and added up protien grams, fat
grams and carb. grams.

I got down to 600 calories per day and STILL could not lose a friggin'
single lb!!!!

Hypothyroidism and insulin resistance.

A low carb diet is mandatory for that.

Do some research before you spout off bullshit!
