My KA was purchased in 1973 and I don't foresee it giving out, but I'd be
willing to give the Hamilton Beach a shot. I've owned other HB appliances
and have been very happy with them. Their pro series also looks very nice,
and who could argue with 800 watts and an 8 quart bowl?
