Why would I wish to post and not contribute? when I could post and
contribute? I want to mention I've lost 40 lbs following the good Dr.'s
advice and my Insulin Resistance and my Blood pressure are falling back
closer to in-line with healthy. I didn't follow all of his advice just
some of it. So I've dropped from morbidly obese to obese (my plan is to
reach plain old fat). And I'm down from having a double chin to a 1 1/2
chin. Who says losing weight can't be fun?
