You and hundreds of thousands of other people... ;-)
My will power to leave carbs alone is not as good as it should be, but
my ketones are staying at "trace" and I seem to be losing about 1 lb.
per week.

All in good time!

I love green veggies, and have finally found a decent low carb tortilla.
Only 8 grams each and I allow myself 2 per day.
