Both of these programs/schools have long and exhausting...not to
mention hideously expensive... courses of study. At 15, you're just
beginning to explore what you want to do with your life. Finish High
School, obviously, because I am unsure if you could be admitted to
these two schools under 18. At 18, you'll be in a little better
position to decide if culinary schools are right for you. I didn't go
for years, and years.... I went into a 10 month program at The
Cambridge School Of Culinary Arts in Boston (recently shown on the Food
Network's Italian X-mas Special....I was 36 at the time, mind you.
Already having finished College some 14 years before. I now work at a
Personal Chef because I wanted to work for myself and not suffer
working holidays and weekends in a restaurant. ;-)
