That link doesn't work for me...but as a Personal Chef, I can tell you
it's illegal to prepare food in a home kitchen for re-sale unless that
kitchen has been approved and inspected by the health dept. or unless
the food is prepared in a commecial kitchen and then delivered.
Personal Chefs use the clients' kitchens exclusively. We cook in
house, and the food is stored in house. I can't even take my own home
grown herbs to my clients' houses.
