I usually don't eat breakfast. My "better half" isn't home this
evening, she's out doing a jewelry show (she makes custom jewelry) and
I was trying to figure out what to do for dinner.

I got to thinkin' about the recent plethora of breakfast threads so I
threw some home fries together with spuds of course, onions, garlic,
S&P and some chopped fresh parsley and chives at the end. Fried up
some bacon, a couple of pieces of toast and a couple of over easy
jumbo eggs.
