Since we don't normally hear of any cases of good customer service, I
must tell about my recent one.
A few months ago I asked here, if anyone new how to get replacement
beaters for a Farberware mixer.
At that time I couldn't really find any on the web, and no-one in
the group knew either. So I forgot about it. But now that the holidays
are coming up, they came to my mind again.
So I emailed the manufacturer, and I asked if they could point me to
the direction, where I could order them.
And the response was that, give us your address, and we'll send you
replacement beaters. For free.
In my wildest dreams I didn't expect this. Definitely great service.
