That is good to know and thanks for posting your experience. Other
companies with whom I have had excellent customer service would be
Hitachi (breadmaker), Epson (ink jet printer), Dremel (rotary tool).
Worst experience in customer service -- Viewsonic computer monitor.
Aaargh!
