Agreed. Having worked in the "food service industry" (not as a chef, but
both front and back of the house) the hours are long, the pay sucks,
complaints are endless and there's a lot of stress.

I can't say at age 15 I knew what I wanted to do but that's only because
when I was 15 there was no such thing as a PC. When I got out in the
working world very few people actually owned one You can't really
discount someone due to their age; there are a lot of determined teens who
know their own minds and actually make intelligent, informed decisions. We
only hear about the ones who don't.

Jill <---learned programming on punch cards... what they're good for now is
making cheap holiday wreaths
