Would you recommend Cambridge School Of Culinary Arts? Would some of
their classes be a way to get your feet wet? I'm curious what else
would you suggest for some considering a culinary profession who's a
bit older and wondering if that is the right choice for them. I find
myself cooking in all of my free time, experimenting with recipes,
learning more and more complicated techniques, which is making me
wonder if that isn't what I should really be doing full time.
