BTW, Belgium should be capitalized, since it is a country,
or is their some reason in your mind that you believe
Belgium is a part of France, other than the fact that they
speak French there?

In case you live in a bubble, this is a global economy.
What you should push for rather is that companies who decide
to move their production facilities out of the US, should be
kicked out of the US as persona non grata. That idea
brought to you by a Republican.
