Nothing the matter with cold sterak, no more than there is something evil about
cold roast beef. I'll almost always grill more steak than I need just so the
next day I can enjoy a sliced cold steak sandwich. Nothing honors rare london
broil better than stacking it on rye with lettuce, tomato, and creamy
horseradish dressing.
