That's one of my standard lunches, too, but I usually have some kind of
vegetable--usually Chinese cabbage, bok choy, or asparagus.

If I bring a sandwich with deli meat (very rarely) I pack the tomato and
lettuce separately, then put it together at work. I had soggy bread and
soggy lettuce and tomatoes, and if you put them together and home, they're
almost all soggy by lunchtime.
