I need help finding a recipe for a West Indian bread called Parathus
(I'm not sure about the spelling). We have a guest coming for Christmas
who recently lost her mother. Every Christmas her mother would make
this bread. I am told that I need to emphasize that this is WEST Indian
and not just Indian. There's apparently a difference.

Does anyone have any hints?
