I have a short pair for most use and an elbow length pair for high-temp
grilling. They are terrific - I can handle a very hot grill or pizza
stone with no problem. Or, handle raw or cooked meat (who needs turkey
lifters?). And they clean up in the dishwasher. A web search for Orka
mitts should find you plenty of sources.
