what to do with proscuitto other than wrap it around figs? since the
genuine article is now available in the u.s., i was thinking of
getting some for a christmas-eve nosh for my dad, who is fond of the
dry-cured smithfield hams. thoughts? or should it be saved for a
killer omelet?
