Yup. I learned a long time ago that it's easier just to go into what I
call "doggie in the window" mode. (remember those fake dogs people used
to have on the back ledge in their cars and head would bob up and
down?). Couple that along with the phrase "yes, Dear" and you now have
the secret of peaceful coexistence. (of course, then you do what you
wanted to do in the first place. ;-) )
