If you are looking for an alternative to the KA, you might take a look at
the Wolfgang Puck mixer. It is 700 watts, commercially rated (what ever
that means) and comes with the standard attachment, a pour shield, and two
bowls. The is a variety of attachments available including a blender! The
mixer has two power ports. HSN has a 30 day, unconditional return policy
that included the cost of shipping. The mixer is on sale and you can even
