All my recipes use the 1/2 symbol. I don't like looking
at the plain old 1/2, etc. However when I post recipes I copy
them from my files into the message and then go through
and change all the symbols to 1/2, etc., so people can
read them. It's not a big deal to do this as there aren't
usually all that many of them. It only takes a minute.
