I'm making a hopefully exhaustive list of spices suitable for use in
spiced tea, wassail, mulling, eggnog, fruitcake, etc. Things like nutmeg,
mace, allspice, cinnamon, clove, orange peel, ginger, almond, vanilla,
fennel, cardamom, anise, bay leaf, mint....

I'd appreciate any additions.
