I like to mix mine up in 1/3rds. 1/3 hot wing
sauce, 1/3 mustard based southern carolina bbq
sauce and 1/3 of my own homemade sauce (tomatoe based)
I sauce the meat as it reheats slowly in the crock
pot and it comes out great. I'm also careful to
not make it so wet and juicy that you lose the
pork flavor.
