Star anise, saffron, rose water, orange flower water, citrus oils, galangal (a
kind of ginger), grains of paradise (a spice I hope makes a come back-- it's
really very tasty like black pepper with a spicy almost minty/cardomommy
*laughs* backround).
There is another flavor used in Pannetone that is a vanilla/citrus water
kinda thing- give me a sec I'll look it up *tick tock*...
