That Guru thing sounds interesting.
Come spring I plan on spotchecking the temps at various places on my smoker.
Just havent figured out the best way to do it yet. lol I figure opening and
shutting the lid to check the temp is gonna throw numbers way off and I
know the temp difference is extreme from firebox side to the other side.
