The only chance at a fix is bleaching. First procure a bottle of 40
volume cream developer from a beauty supply store or kindly hairdresser.
Make sure that it contains peroxide and isn't a "gentle" developer.
Cover the dish with the peroxide, place in a plastic bag and seal, allow
it to sit for a week or so without opening, remove and wash. Repeat if
stains have faded some but not completely. If that fails, create an
Ebay account, search, bid, win, pay and wait for the postman.
