I have my mom's old Westinghouse electric skillet and Dutch Oven
(wedding presents, which, now that I think about it, are kind-of-scary
old). I should get her Chicken Cacciatore recipe -- the recipe I
remember her making most often in it. Maybe it's in the other cooking
item of hers that I have -- a Betty Crocker cookbook, c. mid-50s. It's
like reading about a different world (Microwave ovens? Fresh ginger?
What are those?). Have to look later....
