Purists will tell ya that grilling is what most folks do. Mainly high
heat. Steaks, burgers, chicken, etc Barbeque is more of a "low and
slow" kind of cook, preferable with a wood fire. Average Que temps are
200-300dF tops. Briskets, porkbutts, pork shoulders, ribs, etc lend
themselves to this kind of cooking very well.
