While I agree, don't put the blame just on Bush. It has been every
administration since the invention of the telephone. It is not just up to
the President, no matter who he is, your lazy, self centered congressman
should take the initiative to change the regulations. Get on him to get the
ball rolling; he is YOUR representative.
