Glad you brought the topic up, Janell, although I have no answers.
I've been whipping everything up by myself for a few months now,
and I'm starting to crave a mixer. I tend to do a lot of things in
double batches. I've got a friend who bought the 6-quart mixer and
he says it is wonderful. He bought one for his mother and she is
happy with hers, also. I'm hesitant about two things, though.
First and foremost is the price! That's a lot of money for me.
Second is where do I store the thing. It's so big I'd almost need
to add a room on to the house for the darn thing.
