I think Tilia keeps changing model numbers just to confuse people ;-(.
Basic operation of all models is to pull a vacuum on the bag and then
seal it shut.
IMO, one feature that is mandatory is the ability to seal the bag at
any point during the vacuum operation.
Also, IMO, the Tilia canisters are not worth the money. Mason jars
work better and cost a lot less.
